The market is held on the third Sunday of the month from 9am to 3pm. Come and say hi in August, September and/or October! SEVEN SISTERS FESTIVAL
6 - 9 OCTOBER 2022 I am beyond excited to announce that I will be leading Qoya for Maidens (12 - 17 year olds) at Seven Sisters Festival!!! The festival runs from Thursday 6 October to Sunday 9 October 2022 and is a 4 day, 3 night Women's festival designed to inspire and nourish your soul. It's being held in Glenaroua, Victoria about an hour and a half north of Melbourne off the Hume Highway. It's also their 10th birthday! These classes will be especially adapted for teenagers, with their emotions, bodies and needs carefully considered and taken care of. DANCING QUEENS FACEBOOK GROUP I have set up a Facebook group, Dancing Queens. The group is private, so you can post and comment in the group without any of your other Facebook friends seeing. The group is a safe space for you, you can ask questions, interact with my posts and post your own. I am trying to do a Live in the group at least once a week, and they are then saved in the group. At the moment, I'm going through the each of different pillars of a class and demonstrating them. So far I've done Circling, Heart Opening, Hip Opening, Contrast Shadow Dance and Shaking. The next one will be Intention Setting. I've also done a video on "What is Qoya?" and "Why we have a Theme in Qoya".
